We will arrange for any maintenance that the property may need and if required, supply clients with all the relevant products to get started such as toiletries, bed linen and towels.

Each month we will provide you with a clear transparent breakdown of any earnings from your properties. You will also be able to see how many guests were occupied, who they were and when they stayed.
Continuous support to both our guests and our clients and are on hand to sort out any problems that may occur. We take care of all the mundane, time consuming tasks that come with short term rentals, allowing you to simply sit back and earn revenue - more often exceeding traditional long term tenancy lets.
